Terms of Service & Regulatory Compliance
Effective Date: Financial Year 2025–26 / 2026–27 | Last Revised: September 2026
1. SEBI Regulatory Compliance (Securities & Mutual Funds)
In adherence to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, TrueCalci explicitly states that return rates depicted in the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP), Step-Up SIP, and compound growth tools (such as 12% p.a. or 14% p.a.) represent purely hypothetical historical market benchmarks. They are not guaranteed or indicative of future performance. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; please read all scheme-related documents carefully.
2. Income Tax Act & Union Budget Provisions
Tax calculations reflect public proposals announced under the Union Budget 2025–26 and 2026–27 regarding the New Tax Regime (Section 115BAC) and Old Tax Regime allowances. These calculations are mathematical approximations and do not account for individual circumstances (e.g., capital gains, clubbed income, business losses, or agricultural income). Taxpayers are strongly advised to consult a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or utilize the official Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) e-filing portal (incometax.gov.in) before filing tax returns.
3. Banking, Loans & Real Estate Measurements
Home Loan Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), amortization schedules, and prepayment interest savings are calculated based on standard reducing-balance actuarial mathematics. Actual bank interest rates, processing fees, documentation charges, and foreclosure terms are subject to individual banking institutions (e.g., SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank) and borrower credit evaluation (CIBIL score). Traditional land measurements (such as Bigha, Guntha, and Katha) are approximations based on historical revenue records and may vary across state land registries.
4. Bullion, Gold Rates & 3% GST
Jewellery billing models reflect standard statutory GST (3%) and BIS Hallmarking fee structures (₹45/article). Base gold rates (24K, 22K, 18K) and jeweller making charges fluctuate in real-time according to MCX bullion spot markets and retail jeweller policies. Actual invoices provided by certified retail jewellers take legal precedence.
5. Engineering & Educational Software Disclaimer
The Engineering Calci 991 standard simulator implements standard numerical analysis algorithms (including Simpson's 1/3 rule for definite integrals, central difference methods for derivatives, and Newton-Raphson polynomial solving). Due to finite IEEE-754 64-bit floating-point precision, minor numerical tolerances may occur near singular points or extreme asymptotic values. Users must verify mission-critical engineering, structural, or aerospace computations against certified analytical packages.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Non-Affiliation
TrueCalci is an independent computational web platform. The "Engineering Calci 991" simulator is an original educational simulation and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Casio Computer Co., Ltd., Texas Instruments, or any hardware manufacturer. All generic trademarks and product references belong to their respective owners.
7. Commercial API Subscriptions & Pricing Economics
TrueCalci provides paid computational API tiers, Model Context Protocol (MCP) streaming endpoints, and high-concurrency developer services under the following rates:
- Developer Starter: $5.00/month (billed monthly) with 2,500 requests/month; or $48.00/year (billed annually, 20% discount) with 30,000 requests upfront annual pool.
- Pro Agency & Scale: $15.00/month (billed monthly) with 15,000 requests/month; or $144.00/year (billed annually, 20% discount) with 180,000 requests upfront annual pool.
- Enterprise Pay-As-You-Go: $15.00/month base subscription including 10,000 initial requests, plus elastic overage billed at $1.00 per 1,000 extra requests ($0.001/call) internationally, or ₹80 per 1,000 extra requests in India.
8. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales, subscription charges, annual commitments, and metered usage fees are final, non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-prorated upon payment authorization. TrueCalci does not issue cash refunds, pro-rata credits, or fee reversals for partial usage, subscription downgrades, accidental purchases, or account inactivity. When a customer cancels a recurring subscription, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be incurred.
9. Service Availability, Outage & Latency Disclaimers
TrueCalci, its computational APIs, and MCP endpoints are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. TrueCalci makes no warranty that computational services will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuous, or devoid of latency spikes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueCalci disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, business interruption, algorithmic errors, trading losses, tax calculation discrepancies, or system downtime resulting from upstream Cloudflare network latency, cloud infrastructure failures, scheduled maintenance, cyber attacks, or acts of God. Under no circumstances shall TrueCalci's cumulative aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
10. Third-Party Merchant of Record & Payment Rails
All commercial payments, subscriptions, currency conversions, and automated GST/VAT tax invoices are processed and fulfilled through our authorized third-party Merchant of Record (MoR), Dodo Payments Inc. ("Dodo Payments"). By initiating a paid subscription or metered checkout, customers acknowledge and agree to Dodo Payments' checkout terms and billing procedures. TrueCalci does not collect, process, or retain raw payment instrument numbers, credit card CVVs, or bank account credentials.
11. Rate Limiting, Fair Use & Termination
TrueCalci enforces strict concurrency limits (20 req/min for Free, 300 req/min for Starter, 1,000 req/min for Pro). TrueCalci reserves the absolute unilateral right to throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate any API key, OAuth account, or originating IP address that exhibits abusive behavior, denial-of-service attempts, unauthorized reverse-engineering, or violation of fair computational use policies, without prior notice or refund entitlement.
